Andrew was fantastic! He arrived a few minutes early, which was appreciated. He took at least 100 photos of everything and left literally no stove left unturned. He scoped every inch of the property. Our realtor was also impressed. Thanks for being so great!

This is the 2nd review I've done on/for Chicagoland Home Inspectors... reason being the first inspection saved us a shload of money on the first home we were looking at. So i obviously used their services again, and we ended up buying the 2nd house we had inspected. Andrew did a great job of explaining items and answering questions i/we had, and we are very grateful to them for saving us $$, headaches, stress etc. Hopefully we won't need your services again for 20+ years... but if/when we do we will absolutely use Chicagoland Home Inspectors for the inspection(s). Fantastic and thorough job done throughout the house. Very personable and knowledgeable in all areas and identified items of all severity levels. He explained what he was finding as he went and was showing pictures of the items as well to showcase what he was seeing not only during the walkthrough, but on the final report as well. Would definitely recommend Andrew with Chicago Home Inspectors to anyone in need of a home inspection!

Andrew was spent time explaining everything to the buyer. He took numerous pictures to point out the defects. The report will be available the same day which is really nice since real estate transactions are time sensitive. As an agent I would refer him to other buyers.

Charlie was great. Andrew was awesome. Both very thorough. The house was a fixer upper and they spent a lot of time inspecting every nook and cranny, just as I asked them to. Price is fair. They went above and beyond. I recommend.

I used Chicagoland Home Inspectors for a home I am in the process of purchasing and I would highly recommend using this team!
