I thought long and hard about how to prove to a potential client that we are the best in the business. I decided to make a longer list, use more equipment, and put my money where my mouth is. I am not aware of any other home inspection company in the Chicagoland area who is willing to guarantee their work. Other companies will try to mislead you with warranties and insurance. I actually tried the warranties and they did payout to my clients when my clients were correct. And our Errors and Ommissions insurance is designed to protect us, not you.
WHAT DOES THE 4/90 HOME INSPECTION GUARANTEE MEAN FOR THE CUSTOMER?
It means you are covered for four years against missed roof defects and 90 days for everything else. In the unlikely event that a minor repair is needed for something that should have been discovered within the scope of a home inspection, we will pay to get it corrected — with no deductible.
We have performed tens of thousands of inspections over the years, and very rarely something gets past our licensed inspectors. We do cover hundreds of points during our home inspection. Our inspectors are human and although very rare, they do make mistakes. Here is the catch. You will be on the hook for other company’s mistakes. We on the other hand will stand behind our work. We believe in doing the right thing, at the right time, the right way, and for the right reaason.

Some home inspection companies offer a 90 day warranty. Which is better?
Warranties offered by other home inspection companies come with an extensive list of limitations, exclusions, and deductibles.
Certain companies extend warranties to inspectors with the true motive of obtaining buyer information. They then call the buyer to sell them all sorts of services from alarm systems to utility hookup services.
Many 90-day warranties have a high deductible – sometimes hundreds of dollars!
Since “short-term” companies exclude so many things, we decided to offer our clients a better guarantee of our work.
We administer our own guarantee, so you deal with us directly, not some out-of-state company that is unaccountable to you. Our guarantee is different. If a defect should have been found during the inspection, we’ll pay to fix it — with no deductible.
We do suggest that you purchase a full one-year home warranty from a reputable company to cover future failures, but call us first if you discover something that doesn’t work after you move in.
Is it Layered ?
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable.
