Mark has been rehabbing homes since 2007. His knowledge in all aspects of construction is second to none. By law, every person who enters the home inspection business has to take a training class. Mark Finished first in our program. He is extremely pleasant and we knew we had to recruit his as soon as possible. Mark was punctual and ready to tackle this multi-family property I was interested in purchasing. He did a great job pointing out critical and expensive repairs while providing us with advice of what to look for on future.

Chicagoland Home Inspectors are without a doubt the best in the business. Mark McCutcheon went above and beyond in explaining to us the good, the bad and the ugly about the property. Very knowledgeable and patient, we learned many things about home maintenance.
Mark did such a good job on our first home inspection we decided to use Chicago land Home Inspectors again. And again he did an excellent job. His hard work allowed us ask for some serious home inspection credits from the seller, stay tuned to see if the seller gives us the money or we walk and ask Mark to inspect our third house.
We used this company for the first time last week. Mark M was our inspector. He was wonderful to work with. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. I emailed him with an additional question after receiving the inspection report and he responded to that in a timely manner too. I just had my inspection this morning and I got a very thorough report a few hours later. I had two inspectors, Mark and Dave, who were super knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. I got to follow Mark around quite a bit and he was excellent! Very polite and answered all my questions with patience. I got to speak to Dave about some issues he found and I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail. They both went into the attics, finding problematic areas with insulation, wasp and bee hives, and chimney deterioration. For a first time home buyer, Mark and Dave's patience and thoroughness was much appreciated and put me and my wife at ease. Would definitely recommend these Gents to anyone!
