You will need an attorney to ensure your contract and report is in compliance with IDFPR Rules and Statute. You can do a search for home inspection contracts in Illinois and try to do it on your own, or you can hire a professional. This is a serious business and I would spend the money to hire a pro, but the choice is ultimately yours.
